Once your plane touches down and you get a lung full of you freshest air ever, what is you next move and how are you going to get the best out of everything Iceland has to offer?  There are amazing locations all around Iceland and nothing is more than a days travelling away.  Driving is the number 1 experience because there are so many stops close together and the scenery is stunning at ground level.  Flying is great also.  The aerial perspective gives you a different understanding of the volcanoes and glaciers and the way they interact. Also you can get to places quicker.  Flying makes sense if you are heading to the Westfjords because it cuts out many hours of driving.  As long as you experience the Westfjords from the road also.  Driving in the Westfjords can be like flying.
