Kay came to Iceland with a group of friends from Australia. They had travelled around the world to experience the Arctic landscapes and Blue Ice of Iceland. With the hope of visiting the Ice Caves, we ran the tour at the end of March to catch the end of the Vatnjökull Ice Cave season and then continued around Iceland anti-clockwise.

Kay really enjoyed the waterfalls on this trip. The South Coast waterfalls were a wash-out. The weather was miserable, so we enjoyed them from the Bus window. We managed a hike up to Svatifoss in the Skaftafell National park but the first waterfall we could properly enjoy was Bergarfoss waterfall near Höfn. In the North we stopped at Godafoss and Kolugil Canyon see here. On our way South we arranged a photo shoot at Hraunfossar – the Lava Waterfall.
